Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms (reduced in the Co-op) topped with cheese (of course) and garlic bread, a tomato and marscapone cheese sauce with it.

Hubby had the last of his chicken stew & dumplings from Friday when I was out & I had spaghetti & ftf bolognese & a tub of Tuscan kale that I found on a freezer inventory. All mixed together & it was lovely & far too much but it’s gone

Did a pantry sort out the other day and found a jar of cheesy pasta sauce near it's use-by. Not the sort of thing I usually buy, but needed to use it up. So HM Bolognese sauce on the bottom of the dish, then cooked pasta stirred into the cheese sauce and put on top. Topped with some grated cheese and into the oven for 30 mins. Jubbly  :) Plus 2 more portions left over

I've left it a bit late tonight to be making a meal, bad planning as there's still a lot of piggy left.

I'll leave it an hour and grab a cheese sandwich for supper instead.

Pasta bake and some yet to be decided veg.

For some mysterious and unexplained reason, bubbly melted cheese over something out of the oven was playing on my mind …  ::)

Topped with some grated cheese and into the oven for 30 mins. Jubbly  :)

Piggy dinner - remembered the apple sauce forgot the stuffing (exact opposite of the other night).  There's enough piggy for a small dinner tomorrow which will also finish off all the frozen mixed veg

Rescued veg from the fridge drawer - a bit of a butternut, swede, carrots, leek, a pepper, then a potato, onion and a handful of lentils from the pantry, and bunged it all in the slow-cooker, this morning.
A nice thick stew now, just need to adjust the seasonings, cos it is a bit bland,  so far....

Was going to be cod, chips & mushy peas but the fish man wasn’t there this morning so a quick rethink was needed. Roast lamb slices ftf is now cooking as lamb hotpot  :)

Friday  :) Finishing off the last chunky fish fingers, a few oven chips some mushies and I think peas and corn would make a nice change.
