Chicken thighs defrosted and himself has decided a stew is the order of the day.

Meatball lasagne and tender stem broccoli.  Not the most elegant of lasagnes I have ever created, as it had lumps and bumps over the surface, but pretty good tasting :D

Snaffled 2 reduced family sized steak pies from the Co-op this morning and they are in the freezer, so pie night here soon  ;) Tomorrow the curry munchies are being appeased

Friday  :nowink: Chunky fish fingers a few oven chips and I think beans tonight. I also want to use up the snasbods onion rings (not nice) and the mushies if they aren't furry.

Cheaty chicken and chips.  Got some ready cooked chicken to heat up (work freebie) and oven chips.  Also going to bung some sweetcorn in the oven and serve the lot with bread and butter pickles that I made on Thursday with homegrown cucumber and onions.

I still haven’t got around to curry night yet as my plans were disrupted for Thursday, so that might be tomorrow now I have reminded of it  :)

Salad, new potatoes and mackerall for me as I've been told to eat more oily fish.  Paul has some spicy chicken that needs grilling.
