Allotment DVD's

Hi

I got The Allotment DVD as a present a while ago and can not stop watching it. I love it

I was just wondering if there were any other Allotment DVD's around that you could recommend.

What is it? .... Is it a film about allotments ? And i love growing Veg but can it really be that good? :?

I know, its good for tips.

I have new neighbours at my Lotty and their plot is covered in grass and they are worried about clearing it. I keep telling them to cover it with cardboard, manure and black plastic and plant through it and the relief is instantly seen on there faces.

I also got a bulb planter after seeing one on the show now I have veg in realtively straight lines

I wish I had the DVD when I first got my Lotty has it has been the most helpful thing.

When I first started out I was given, brought, borrowed so many different books with different information in and it was really confusing. All I really needed was this website for the guides, especially the one on crop rotation and the DVD.

I watch mine all the time. Can't bear to iron without it

I find it relaxing

I have that Grow Your Own film but it's dodo so you can have that

If you borrow it I need it returning or I won't be able to do my ironing

I only knew one chap who didn't like it but that was just the jazz guitary bits, which I like

I suppose if you're a newbie it's really excellent
