Peach tree dwarf variety

my peach tree has been out in the weather up to a month ago,it got water logged so i drained all the water out it is now in the greenhouse as it will start  to flower soon.
My question is do i change the compost? will all of the goodness gone out of it, i am really not sure what to do, any ideas.Lillileaf.
