Hi Grubby. Like you I’ve got PSB and cabbages looking very poorly although our low was -6. Hope someone can reassure us. I’ve not known such low temperatures whilst allotmenting so don’t know what to expect

We’ve only had a -2 here but the biggest PSB has blown over in the wind, staked it and tied it well but it’s moved again so I’m not sure it will survive. We harvested the first heads last week and they were so good!

I've had PSB plants blown over which have kept growing happily with their main stalk flat on the ground before, so don't give up hope on yours yet!

I suspect propping them up where they fall is less damaging to them then trying to keep standing them back up every time they move, but have no hard evidence to prove it.

ours to look sorry for themselves our allotment is frost trap anyway but the  lower temperatures have probably finished them of I'm pleased we kept some overwintering spring cabbage and cauliflowers in pots in the poly tunnel to plant out in spring

Similar has happened on my plot. Brassicas looking very sad. The broad beans sown in autumn on the community allotment look like the aftermath of a hurricane.

I wouldn't give up hope just yet.  Different plant family I know, but I've seen pansies and violas looking equally sorry for themselves, and yet they perk back up
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I found a link that should give you hope:
https://homeguides.sfgate.com/grow-purple-sprouting-broccoli-22147.html

PSB Survives down to 10°F, which is -12°C. Cabbage survives down to 15°F.

Regarding those pansies, I've seen them survive down to 4°F (-16°C) in Atlanta, Georgia and come back to bloom. It rarely gets that cold here, but it does happen.

The weight of the snow on ours made them look a bit sad, but at least the pigeons didn't get a look in...

I think yours will be OK, Grubbypaws, the leaves are pretty solid and leathery, and they're still in the shops, as well as Spring Greens, so fingers crossed!

Back in the winter of 2010 my PSB survived several nights of around -10 C. The looked sorry for themselves for a while until the ground thawed out then grew away quite happly.

They are in containers on top of the garage so I am not sure that this would apply. I am worried that the soil in the containers will have frozen solid over the cold snap  :(

My broad beans are looking very sorry for themselves too, just planted extra seeds at the end of rows to transplant, so may get something :(
