cold frame

I've decided to construct a proper cold frame a brick built one my other cold frame is wooden on a soil floor but I'm thinking about putting a concrete floor in this new cold frame just wanted to know if that was a good idea ?

Hello concrete should be ok as long as you leave a small drain hole either in the front or in one corner,are you planning to make part of it heated or is it going to be all cold for hardening off? if you decide to heat part of it a sand bed with cable is is a good idea    jezza

good thinking batman a couple of hole for drainage and yes its only for hardening of things as i said your as always a  wealth of knowledge  ;)
