I use Excel.

A new sheet for each year so I know what's been where as I never remember  ::)

And a diary so I know what was done when and I can learn from mistakes.  ;)

There's an article here on the main website about an online planner
https://www.allotment-garden.org/gardening-information/allotment-vegetable-plot-planning-software/

But I use a piece of paper, back of an envelope, etc ...
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I use vegplotter.com - it's free so even if it doesn't offer quite as much as some of the others...

Suttonís have one but I the mink you have to pay for it. I did a trial a few years ago and found it ok.

I normally just use pen and pencil and sketch it out.

I always sow more than I have space for and never follow any plans I make...
