Chicken curry with plot chard and hm cauliflower rice.  First time I have cooked this and it was pretty good.  I fried a chopped onion to start it off and added some whole spices and it was nearly pilau rice.

Saintly eating then totally blown to bits as we had chocolate sponge pudding and ice-cream afterwards

Last night was the last small rolled shoulder of lamb with all the usual suspects, tonight will be the last of the lamb in a hotpot or stew. Time to order another half lamb I think.

Leftover chicken curry from the freezer, rice, onion and mint in yogurt and some spiced pickled quince slices.

I also made a baked pakora recipe with sweet potato.  I think they were more a cross between bhajis and pakoras to be fair, but they were actually pretty good   :)
