I grew yellow Kinghorn wax or similar from Lidl and was very impressed by the flavour compared with the Tendergreen ones from Wilco that were tasteless and I just pulled them out and composted them. Also make picking easier as they go more yellow as they mature.

I think Kinghorn wax and Roi des Buerres are almost the same one being a selection from the other. I grew them and they were very good. I have grown Roquencourt before and did not think they were as good as Roi des buerres especially as the have black seeds which can show when they are cooked a bit off putting.

This is the first year I have grown them, but I am very impressed with Red Swan.  Absolutely loaded with beans.
