Aubergine/Chilli type

Hi chaps I bought some plants Aubergine and Chilli ... didn't pay enough attention (typically) the Aubs getting longer than these and are starting to ripen to traditional colour, the chillies are growing a little bigger. Any ideas what varieties they might be so I'll know how to eat them. Many thanks Roger
