Plant ID? Herb? Weed? Tropical Fruit Tree?

Can anyone help ID this plant for me? I am unsure whether it is just a weed or if I actually planted a seed hoping to grow something? If it is something I planted it is likely to be some kind of herb or tropical fruit.

It is growing on the windowsill in my kitchen in a pot that a ponytail palm is inside already.

The leaves have a funny shape and it has small round bits that may be about to turn in to flowers or something.

I might be wrong but it looks like a very leggy garden huckleberry aka dark nightshade (what a name!!! Gives me shivers)
As usual. I eat their leaves cooked, if it has white flowers. Purple flowers are toxic top to toe.

Looks like one of the nightshade family to me too.
