Thanks so much for the worry and advice guys! Yes I've taken all them off and defoliated it a little bit too and they're all thriving now, 3-5 trusses per plant, so as per most advice online have stopped them at the top so the fruits I have can develop nicely. I'm pleased with them. This thread has been so helpful for me and I appreciate all the amazing advice x

Update for those who so kindly helped me in Jun and Jul - they're fruiting beautifully and taste absolutely incredible. Every plant looks like this and there are still flowers producing tiny green toms at the top even though I stopped them several weeks ago. They're a grower alright. Not bad for a packed small balcony with 3.5 hours of sunlight a day!
