Is it worth saving seeds from veg that bolt? my 3 inch high pak choi are already flowering! These were direct sown in a row, where as I have a couple of module grown choi dotted around and these are much bigger maybe just because they are a different variety. If I save seeds from these bolting choi will they make weedy plants?
