Plumtree What’s the best deterrent to stop pigeons going onto the stems and breaking them they are after my plums thanks

To be honest, short of covering the whole tree, I don't think there's anything you can realistically do.  :(
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
