Hi,
Could someone help me identify a possible problem with my Brussel Sprout seedlings. They’ve been growing since March and most seem healthy, but I have noticed some white specs forming at the base of some plants (see photo). Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I can't really tell from your photo - it's a bit too closeup and blurry.  But are the seedlings otherwise OK?
