Help with PC/Keyboard please

Something strange has just started happening. If I try to type quotation marks by upward shifting 2, I get the ampersand @ and if I try to type pound sign by upward shifting 3, I get #. My keyboard seems to have gone mad. Anyone any ideas as to a fix please?

Country / region settings. Change them back to UK sound like they're set to US.
