Carrots in a greenhouse?

Can you grow carrots in a greenhouse or do they prefer a lower temperature?
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I've found them to grow fine in tubs and pots in my greenhouse. There's some impressive ones grown in a polytunnel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kP9mZmOkPz4

For the last 2 years I have sown carrots in boxes (pre wheelie bin recycle boxes about 12 inches deep) and had carrots early. Was a bit late sowing this year (an early variety) but I have defined carrots growing so should be harvesting mid May.

Carrots love some old compost in a holed bucket, or a big pot!

Better to have them in a watering tray too, they bulk up nicely that way. You can always move them outside if it gets too hot anyway...

Well, I sowed a little row of stump-rooted carrots and they've done really well. No forking or marks and are a nice size too.

Mine were ok but they need a lot more watering.  I did not have carrot root fly as mine were elevated but towards the end of the growing season I had some sort of large larvae that ruined the later crop.

We have three holed buckets crammed with baby carrots, about three ft high outside. They started under glass, and are now between 2" and 4" long!

Great (grate...) raw in salads...
