Did you know you�ve posted the same ? twice with different pictures? This picture shows your plant in full leaf is that this years growth? It seems very early

They do usually grow back.

The bud may well grow back but the damage to the bud may mean you won't get any fruit from that particular bud as the fruiting bodies may have been already formed prior to the birds scoffing the bud.
