Let the work commence......

After a bit of rubbish clearance and some major strimming I find that the plot looks quite tidy!!!

Before...

After.....

The plan is that the strimming will get things growing so that the weeds can be targeted and eradicated!!! There are some docks just beginning to leaf and some couch grass where the beds should be.

The shed will go at the far right hand corner and the greenhouse on the right hand side.
Snappy

No amount of time can erase the memory of a good cat, and no amount of masking tape can ever totally remove his fur from your couch.

I could give up chocolate but I'm not a quitter.

When you site your G/H, think about the amount of light it will receive. Twould be a tragedy if it spent most of the day in the shade.

That shed reminds me of Cynara's flat pack job, can be seen in Equipment section, I think.

This is a view from the car park to the left of my lottie, South is hedge end...

that tree doesn't cause any major probs for my plot and hopefully the greenhouse will be happy in the middle. I don't want it near the dirt track lottie road because of the danger of flying stones and debris.

On the other hand, I don't like the look of that standing water on the next plot. You might like to consider raised beds if drainage is an issue.

That's the car parking area next to my plot... it's a bit sunken and closed off at the moment cos of the water.

I'm gonna see how I do this year and maybe think about raised beds for next year.

Like the new avatar by the way

(PS Happy 100th post to me!!! :D )
