 we recently acquired some second hand grow bags  basically used for PYO one season having sieved it so its back to fine compost I'm not sure if I should use it for seed sowing I have used it for potting on my spring cabbage and cauliflower plants and onion plants and they seem to be growing ok

but I need some advice on what I should add to the compost to revive it any suggestions as we bought a 200 bag lot so I really need to get a good mix for both veg and flower planting

any advise would be very much appreciated

A good handful of Blood Fish and Bone per 30L of compost for potting on, less if for seed sowing only.

If you want to plant stuff to stay in it I'd recommend using slow-release fertiliser granules instead as the BF&B only feeds for 5-6 weeks.
