Yes you can.  The menatodes only attack the weevils, so are perfectly safe for veg.

The vine weevil larva is controlled by a nematode called Steinernema feltiae; be aware this bio-control agent works best at temperatures between 15C and 20C. It is not active at temperatures below 10C (or over 30C)
