I do mine at some point over the winter, but  it could be anytime from now until January/February.

Do it when it suits you.  I usually pick a day when I have time to cut them down and mulch the rows, so they are all prepared and ready for the following year.

I wait until Jan/Feb. Still a lot of leaves on mine plus some rather forlorn looking fruit....the wood often tends to be a bit drier then and easier to burn too..
