Can anyone help. I have grown some galpino chilli peppers in the greenhouse for the first time and they have done well. Can anyone tell me when to harvest them. They are about five inches long and some have turned red.

Thanks for that. I always thought that they were green. Do you know if by allowing them to turn red they loose their strength.
