My mate turned up with a Poundshop permanent marker pen. Our four varieties of chillies were neatly labelled.

The first day we had a full day's sunshine the writing on the labels completely disappeared!

Our plants varied from 'mild' to 'Is your life insured?'

Chilli roulette  makes cooking with rather more interesting I suppose...
