Freezing apples
« on: August 06, 2018, 17:44 »
Hi
I've googled freezing apples and there are several suggestions.
If I'm not bothered about them going brown, as they are going to be used for chutney, can I just peel and slice and chuck straight in the freezer?
Thanks
Steve

Peel and slice/dice will be fine for chutney use.
