Could any one please tell me if this is anything to worry about tomatoes have been fine was late watering  small ripples in skin makes sense but pattern on leaves make me qonder

Shouldn't worry at all.

You're right about watering and it's almost impossible to get it right at the moment!

Can't see any problem from your pics - although tomato leaves can indicate a problem they are quite short lived even when healthy - prune them off as long as there are plenty of healthier looking leaves on each plant.
