I suppose I am lucky as Shirl is just a snob. She only escapes to lay her egg somewhere else, the coop obviously just isn't good enough. She flies out, finds her egg laying spot has a wander about and then takes herself back home. Moral of the story - clipped wings doesn't stop them necessarily :lol:  :lol:

They may go for the odd excursion but failing accidents, they will return to where they get fed and to where they are use to roosting. They are thick creatures but usually know where their bread is buttered. A bit like us husbands really. :shock:  We may go AWOL from time to time but usually turn up. :lol:
