I bought a diddy little mini frying pan that is just right for a 2 egg omlette.
I have also got an egg poaching thing that I sit in a frying pan of water and the eggs cook to perfection without the need for vinegar or boiling vortexes! :)

I don't think I can take any more poached eggs. I just bang them in water, I do.

The secret to a poached egg is freshness.  The longer you keep it the more watery the white becomes.  Must admit I am intrigued by the clingfilm method and am going to try it sometime.

Un oeuf is un oeuf on this whole poached egg thingy.
