I'd never heard of raspberry crinkle virus so googled it.  Strawberries get crinkle virus, so it is not that.

Raspberries get mosaic virus but apparently they live with it happily for years until it builds up.  Then it can stunt growth as well as cause yellow patches on leaves.  There is no treatment for it, so if your canes are growing well and fruiting, I wouldn't worry.   

If they ever get that bad you really think they do have virus, dig them up and burn them, but no need to touch them before this.
