I don't have any experience of composting with yeast, David, as you well know, would have not asked.

Sorry, I took " Even if they do also contradict sometimes" to mean that you had a different experience to me when adding yeast to compost.

Glad it didn't progress to difference in alcohol produced by aerobic/anaerobic fermenation, different ways of calculating potenial alcohol production from sugar (and differences between refinement qualities over the years), discrepancies between different published Specific Graviity tables, etc. - Phew (and even worse, thank goodness not about when to sow parsnips).
