grown some peas in toilet rolls 2 weeks ago planted them out but didn't get them used to the cold I did cover with fleece but frost got them. looked closely at them today and the tips look fresh and may still be growing will they be ok

Mine were grown in root trainers, hade been planted out for 10 days under a mesh, were a foot high and the frost singed them. They have picked up well but still look a bit yellow.

I had some a year or two ago that were frosted just before the flower buds formed. They appeared to recover and grow but they never had a single flower.

Peas re pretty tough. if it is the tops that are frosted, try pinching them out as the new growth will then be bushier and should develop flower buds without any issues
