Pork stroganoff made with the last of the leftover roast pork.
Our HM yoghurt mixed in.
Will add some of our frozen runner beans, sweetcorn, peas and broad beans.

Picked some spinach to have as a side dish.

Smoked mackerel on a bed of (greenhouse) rocket, tater wedges and probably red pepper with a garlicky, lemon mayonnaise.

Fried the mince, then the onions, garlic and peppers, looked for kidney beans, any beans - only baked beans  unusual for me  ::)
Oh well, the chilli is a little on the sweet side, I'll admit - but not a total disaster
There's a bowl of salad to go with it.

Mini midweek roast, so chicken quarters (the breast and wing end), roasties, braised red cabbage from the freezer and addition veg yet to be decided.  Plus spoon standing natch  :)

Mushroom risotto (made with the stock from the pheasant bones earlier in the week).  Easy peasy.

Still nursing my sore teeth so no toast yet ::)

Pork steak with roasted veggies.  My pumpkin from store was the toughest ever!  I had a right grapple with it 😆
Gave up trying to get any peel off.  I had some with my dinner and made a vat of pumpkin and red pepper soup for tomorrow with the rest

I managed to eat my meat.  Tiny bits 😊

I hope you enjoy it  :)

I'm defrosting a piece of salmon, and maybe a pea risotto to go with it

I've noticed that one of the last 3 marrows in store is going soft, so stuffed marrow on buttered potatoes tonight I think.

Later : they all were.  End of the marrows.   :(
