We had some rain early this morning, and it looks like possibly a bit more in the next hour or so. Not as much as is needed, but at least the grounds damp.

Lardman's rain front looked very promising as it headed northwards, but it fizzled away as it reached Sheffield and only managed to deliver a paltry 0.2mm in the end!

We have had some proper steady rain overnight and on and off today.  There are even puddles in the road.

Usually I would be scowling at the clouds if I had a day off and then got stopped from going to the plot, but its fine by me today

13 degrees and sunny this morning, very pleasant, rotovated my half plot this morning but soil still dry despite some rain over the last few days, more rain needed. Potatoes and onion showing through though

A cold / chill wind so the hedge-cutting planned for today was put on hold.

Same here but no drizzle...just grey & chilly winds.

Tender plants remained out overnight with exception of tomato plants, cubits and cumbers - they remain in 24/7

Still not tackled the hedges - fortunately other things to attend to so not feeling guilty about the delay.
