A business near me is moving to a new premises and has asked me if I want to clean out the stuff remaining in their silo's - it includes lentils, soybean pellets, pearl barley and a few other things.

Is this stuff suitable for feeding to chickens? Anyone any experience of this?

What a wonderful opportunity!!!  You can feed them to chickens just fine.  I'd mix them with your daily rations and feed them that way.  Do you have a way to store these feed items? 

Here's a site that will give you general nutrition information on various feed grains, grasses,  etc.

I was thinking of those blue barrels with the removable lids?
