Hi all,

Back in February I bought a whole load of summer raspberry canes which I had intended planting along the fence of my new plot.  When I went to plant them I discovered that the couch grass that I thought I had cleared from the bed had started to regrow.  I healed the bunches of raspberry canes into another bed while I set about tackling the couch once again.  I now have the couch cleared and the bed ready for the raspberries but they are now all in leaf and even have signs of fruit on them.  Should I move them now or should I leave it till the Autumn.

I think I'd leave it until the autumn - you might as well reap the benefit of this year's fruit and in the meantime keep an eye on their proposed bed to make sure you haven't missed any couch grass
