Planted by mistake but rewared

I was sitting talking with wife and were saying how we
Planted some yellow star burst courgettes by mistake last
Year but they gave us the best ever crop and best
Flavour , they were given to us by a fellow plot holder who
Told us they were patty pans best mistake ever for us ,
Just wonders if anyone else had done similar.😀😀

Sorry not sure we're tom got them but they can be trained to climb and the purduce so many they don't get fat like normal ones just longer and tasty

Was not asking what they were , was asking if anyone else had planted by mistake but been rewarded with bumper crop of surprise veg
