Newbie
« on: April 20, 2016, 21:39 »
Hello all,

Thanks for letting me join the forum !

I've just signed up for my first allotment! (excited) Its 94.5m2.

I've grown a few veg/herbs from home but never something on allotment scale, so any tips/advice/information what ever you can throw at me i'll gladly accept and absorb! I don't get the keys to the plot until next week so plenty of reading done and still to do.

Thanks In Advance!

hey there just a thought for you to consider if not already done if you know size and shape i would suggest sketching out a rough plan of what you want and where so when you walk into it you can hit the ground running ie where to put a greenhouse possibly or shed location maybe path it out into sections depending on size.
regards wade

I'm not good, I'm not bad - I'm just me, and sometimes I have to apologise for that ;)

Hi Martyn

I've split off your post showing the photos of your new plot and your request for comments onto a new thread and moved it to the GYO board for all the GYO peeps to have a look at it  :)
