Hi,
I have some raspberries and some rhubarb in the freezer, but not enough to make jam out of one or the other. Any reason why I can't mix them and make raspberry and rhubarb jam?
Any thoughts?

Cool! In that case, I shall.
And I'll hopefully get in the good books of my 106 year old grand mother, who's favourite types of jam just happen to be raspberry and rhubarb. But never together. YET.

Rhubarb and raspberry is gorgeous. I don't know how or why but the rhubarb seems to make the raspberry taste more intense.

The Victorians used to make a fake raspberry jam using rhubarb and they had people who made fake raspberry pips out of wood for the jam too.
