Has anyone tried growing these, and if so what sort of yield did you get?  I have some seeds and am not sure how many to sow.  I know I could freeze any surplus, (if I'm that lucky), but would like to know what to expect!  Thanks

you can grow them as many, can't get enough with whole patch also  you can eat them like peas direct from the plant or let them meture and use in stews ..or dry/freeze..

Grew them last year but didn't get very many for the space they took up.

I optimistically bought some seeds if the 50p sale. I shall start them off mid April in modules in the greenhouse and hope for the best planting them out at the beginning of June.

Everything crossed that they actually germinate .........

I like them green in the pod still, and they are only available at our Indian grocers for a very short season every year, so hoping to have a few like this to eat.
