I've got three canes in a pot shall I take them out the pot and put them straight in the ground as they're are ? Thanks

Split the roots up and plant them separately, don't prune them - you may get e few berries this year, if you're lucky.

I'd just put some mulch over the soil just in case it gets a bit frosty because they're not supposed to be planted deeply, and sprinkle a little bit of bonemeal in the hole and scuffle it up with your hand so their roots don't get too much at one time.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
