Getting excited about horse muck!

My friend and I are visiting our other friend on Sat as she has told us she's bagged up the manure and it's ready for collection  I can't wait we are taking 2 cars to fill up and may even do 2 trips 

The question is though once it's rotted enough (it may already be) should I dig it in or leave it spread on top for the worms to pull down?

PS I think you will be fighting a losing battle with cats. Having said that, I think I might be winning against my neighbours cat at home. Every time she is seen in the garden she gets a jet of cold water from the hose. She doesn't wait for the hose now, she only has to see me at the back door and she scarpers
