 Can anyone please tell me the best way to germinate Aconitum seeds.

I have grown them, but not from seed, however T&M have some advice on their site.

This plant is very toxic, so don't put in a garden where pets or children may be able to get to it.  This is one instance where I would wear gloves as well.  I don't know if you could absorb anything from the seeds, but I wouldn't risk it

Hello. I sowed some Aconitum carmichaelii in March 2015 (seed collected from the previous autumn), in a mix of compost and soil and not very deeply covered.  I kept the tray moist and just in a corner, out of the way, over the summer. They started coming up in ones and twos around about November and I've noticed that there are a couple more today. So be patient with them!
