well it could be!!!! but it looks so cute :)
its so small compared to my others (buff orpingtons}.
my dog can't make it out !!!! the strange noise it makes reminds me of some quail i had years ago :D

Whatever they are, they are very pretty!  And the smallest one is probably a bantam then, and like 8doubles said, cross breeds maybe.

Good of you to rescue them though!  :)

i did not know the owner. they were left in a small box  in the woods where i walk my dog >:( >:( >:(
well the dog found them as they were in amongst the brambles

How lucky you found them. I cannot think what is in folks heads when they do these things. I hope they provide you with loads of eggs. Whatever they will be good fun! :)

my 2 (new) girls have settled in well, though they get bullied when i put their food out....
at night they just follow the others and settle down in the coop ... iam glad i found them and brought them home :D
