I see that they're not available online, which is annoying as I am stuck at home with builders etc!  Desperate to get hold of some!  Will have to sneak out at some point!

Yippee, got the last packet and they were decent too.  Added bonus that Waitrose car park now free for the first hour.  About time I had some luck.

I also bought some from wilkos the Germidour which were very good quality large bulbs which you cant go wrong for £2 for two good bulbs and ordered some online when it was free  postage and packing

Just a thought - As garlic doesn't need to be planted before December and this is the advice in most of the guides ('before Christmas' appears often) - Any seed bulbs on sale now will naturally be more expensive because they are leading the season. I quite expect the price to drop as more suppliers bring their product to market.
