My pear tree is a year old should I take
The infected leaves of the tree to stop this
Infection as this is the only pear tree I
Have

If you click on the link which Norfolkgrey provided, it tells you what to do to control them.

So, yes, remove the affected leaves.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
