Did you prune the Autumn Bliss raspberries down to the ground during winter?

If you didn't some of them will fruit in the summer. To make sure they fruit when they should next year prune them this winter.

Can't see much in the way of flowers on you pic - mine are Autumn Bliss and the odd one is flowering now, which is not at all unusual. Most will be considerably later though.
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

I have Autumn Bliss raspberries, but I cheat when I prune them.   At the end of the first season that I grew them, I cut half of them right down to the ground, and the other half I pruned to about half of their height. The following year I had raspberries from about mid June on the canes I had only cut down by half, and then the new canes growing from ground level fruited as normal in the Autumn.  Follow this by pruning the half high canes right out in the winter, and the canes that were new for that season down to half their height.  I feed them well and keep them watered to compensate for making the canes do twice the work, and always have good crops of raspberries.
