All the fruit is looking good. Spuds not so but toms are catching up fast and now they're out the squashes seem to be thriving. Also had a ggod crop of autumn planted onion and the spring planted sets are looking good.

Not been up to the plot all week because it's not stopped raining. Hoping to go tonight.

I have never grown decent spring onions....until now  :). They are huge, crispy and delicious. Don't know why though  :wacko:. Was it me or the weather?  :unsure:  Onions and shallots are great - enviromesh is the answer so definitely using that again. Calabrese heads are smaller though and broad beans have been completely destroyed by blackfly  :(
