blackcurrant cordial or jam?

I have lbs and lbs of blackcurrants with about 5 or 6 mature bushes. last year I dug a couple up and gave them to a neighbour.
When making jams of all kinds I make seedless (can't stand the pips getting stuck in my teeth!) using a mouli which is brilliant, and no need for topping and tailing.
I also make sauce - same process but only boil for a couple of minutes, and keep a few jars in the fridge and eat with plain yogurt or turn into ice cream.
As you may have seen in another thread I am experimenting with star anise with my blackcurrants. I tried to make blackcurrant vodka flavoured with fennel last year but the taste was almost undetectable. i have tried liquorice flavouring but it tastes a bit artificial.
I am supposed to be picking the currants today but it hasn't stopped raining yet
