Another apple problem
« on: June 02, 2015, 21:32 »
Hi all,

I planted 5 cordon apples, this is their first year. 3 of them seem to be doing fine but 2 have an issue with some of their leaves. Does anyone know what is wrong and what can be done to perk them up?!  :nowink:

Thank you
Martin

Curling leaves can be due to aphids or caterpillars, but I can't see either in the pictures.

It could just be weather damage due to cold winds as the leaves were opening.  They look healthy and green apart from that, so I would say give them a feed and leave them to get on with it  :)
