gooseberry curd

Just converted mt gooseberry curd to lemon , because of the sweetness the gooseberry was lost so now its lemon .

I usually make gooseberry and elderflower as the elderflower enhances the gooseberry flavour.

However any homemade curd is always delicious. ;)

My gooseberrys werent as tart last year , think i left them on growing too long i will do some more when this years crop are ready  ,
its a lot better now .
